 Under the House:

• Water all plants.

• Count bags and make sure there are 4 of both colors for cornhole game.

• Make sure ping-pong paddles/balls are there, Jenga blocks are stacked, tic tac toe is propped by the sailboat.

• Check seating areas is tidy.

• Pick up or sweep any debris, and remove any trash that was left. Garbage cans should be positioned side by side at the bottom of the stairs.

• Check to ensure beach chairs/supplies are in order and stored properly.

• Check outdoor shower and ensure it’s clean.

• Check Grill - remove any large/used coals (can be put in a trash bag and then the garbage can).

Laundry:

Towels and/or sheets may need to be washed. You will want to start the first load as soon as you arrive. I recommend using the quick wash setting with HOT water to get started. Run the towels first to ensure they have time to dry.

You will most likely have a clean set of sheets for each bed set-up but you will want to confirm you have all the appropriate clean sheets. Wash the ones you need onsite.

Kitchen:

• Clean Keurig and make sure k-cups and grounds are disposed of and equipment rinsed out.

• Refill coffee supply drawer with kcups, creamers and sweeteners.

• Organize pantry and wipe shelves.

• Refill filtered water dispenser in the refrigerator.

• Wipe all shelves in refrigerator and rinse drawers as needed.

• Wipe out freezer and remove stray ice cubes.

• Clean toaster.

• Empty dishwasher and make sure all plates, glasses, silverware and neat and tidy.

• Make sure there is a clean gray dishtowel on the stove handle.

• Clean microwave.

• Clean all counters.

• All small appliances should be stored in the island cabinet.

• Wash large window if needed.

• Wipe out and clean sink - put all pots/pans away. Turn on sink disposal to ensure there is not sitting debris in the drain. Please turn on the water before turning it on. The switch in on the bottom to the right of the sink.

All Bathrooms:

• Wash all mirrors, sink tops and faucets to remove any finger prints.

• Make sure there is a clean hand towel.

• Place toiletry samples and dental kit lined up on the sink.

• Clean all showers, toilets. Make sure the toilet lids are all down.

• Put a clean roll of toilet paper in the holder and make sure there are at least 3 rolls in the supply. It is okay if there are additional 1-2 rolls under the sink.

• Check sink drawers/cabinets to ensure nothing was left behind.

• There should be a first aid kit and hair dryer in each full bath.

• Towel color by bath: Master (gray and/or white), JackNJill/Shared (dark blue/silver), King Bath in the back (light blue and/or white). Leave at least 3 towels, 2 hand towels and 2 washcloths in the private bathrooms. Leave as many as you can fit under the sink.

Living Room:

• Wash glass of front and back deck doors.

• Look in chair/sofa cushions and vacuum any debris or hair.

• Fuzzy white/green blanket gets folded over back of wicker chair.

• Please remote under TV, near the wifi sign.

• Make sure all game pieces are stored properly.

• Wipe surfaces of coffee table and side tables and entertainment cabinet.

• Wipe front of TV screen with a dry cloth if needed (if there are finger prints or smudges).

• Ensure all throw pillows are straightened and in line with photos.

Bedrooms:

• Wipe all surfaces.

• Position remotes by each TV.

• Match throw pillows and made bed to photos.

• Fold throw blankets and store in the closet or on the side chair.
